Terms of service

These terms cover use of the MAGNA-TILESY storefront operated by Willow Creek Playworks LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Listing a set does not guarantee stock. We may cancel or refund a line that cannot ship. Prices are in USD. Title to goods passes when the carrier scans the parcel.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email and password on your account. Do not share login details. We may close an account used for abuse or resale fraud.

Intellectual property

Product names, photos, and page layouts on this shop belong to the merchant or its licensors. You may not scrape the catalog for a competing storefront.

Liability

Magnetic tiles are toys for ages 3+ with adult awareness of small parts and magnets. Follow on-box warnings. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.
