Refund policy

If a MAGNA-TILESY set is not what you expected, start a return from your order email or account within 90 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

How to return

Write to [email protected] with your order number. We send a prepaid label for contiguous U.S. addresses. A $6.99 return handling amount may be deducted. Shipping you paid on the outbound order is not refunded.

What we cannot take back

Opened consumables, gift-recipient orders without the original purchaser, and items damaged by water or misuse. Defective tiles under warranty are replaced rather than restocked when photos confirm the issue.

Refund timing

Once the warehouse scans the return, card refunds post in about 5–10 business days depending on the bank.
