Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday–Friday by 3:30 PM CT (excluding holidays) leave our Bolingbrook, Illinois warehouse the same or next business day.

Transit

Most contiguous U.S. parcels arrive 3–5 business days after they ship. P.O. Boxes go by USPS. Alaska, Hawaii, and territories may take longer and may not qualify for the free-shipping threshold.

Free shipping

Standard ground is free on orders of $50 or more inside the contiguous United States. Below $50, a flat Standard rate of $8.99 applies at checkout.

Address errors

We cannot promise a carrier intercept. If a parcel returns because of a mistyped address, extra postage may be billed before we resend it. Email [email protected] as soon as you notice a mistake.
